INFORMATION AND ADVICE

We strive to provide advice on housing-related matters and welfare. Due to COVID-19, our face to face appointment service has been reduced to two days a week. On the other two days, we provide telephone advice. Complex cases are referred to  North Kensington Law Centre for further support.

By providing these services we are reducing social exclusion, helping residents to prevent these crises by obtaining necessary benefits, accessing job skills, or relocating to more affordable housing before they fall into arrears.
